Lipstick 1989 Microtus californicus - 1 ♀ (dead in trap) Inner marsh, E edge - Mus musculus - 1 ♀ 16.5 g, ferrous (Salicaceae) 1 ? escaped from hole in plastic bag. 1♂ 15.5 g, tested, desr. (Sal.-broad) total: Mus-9 Microtus-1 Microtus sign was noticeably shredded and edges of work but we did not set traps to catch them. Wetland birds: Canada Goose - 2 (over water middle marsh) Emeryville Crescent Alameda Co., Calif. April 1 4:30-5:30 pm. Overcast & raining; with Louise D. Birds seen: Pacific Loon - 1 (left hill infarcted but stage [hard] + color pattern like Pacific L.) Horned Grebe - 3 (2 in breeding plumage) Wast. Grebe - 4 Bik-ld. Plover - 2+ D.e. Cormorant - 2+ Willst-15? Gt. Scaup - 30+ Mallard Godwit - 10? Lesser Scaup - 5+ Avocet - 300+ (almost all in breeding plumage) Cow. Coldinge - 3 ♀ Bufflehead - 2 West Duck - 20+ Surf Scoter - 8?
