July 3 - Visited Sally Tarroux (Tarroux kennels) between Golden & Arvada. Then (about noon) headed for Morrison + got on US 285 heading SW. Bailed out going up to Konoshe Pass (10,001 ft.). The US. 50 to Gunnison: bailed out only once climbing to Monarch Pass (11,392 ft.) & Gunnison turned N on Col. 135 to Crested Butte + then on 8.4 mi. to Gothic = Rocky Mt.
