For changing clothes, & then Pan Am took me to the
Argento air port when I caught a flight at 1330
for Atlanta. Had to lay over about 1 1/2 hrs.
Afternoon for getting non-stop flight to San Francisco
arriving 1830 Pacific time.
Birds seen in Florida: (April 17-23)

D. Cr. Cormorant
Great White Heron - 1 (Snake Creek between Windy
Key & Pleasant Key - excellent hike (photo taken); in
vicinity for comparison: 2 Amer. Egrets, 3 Snowy Egrets, 1
La. Heron, & 2 Green Herons)
Gr. Blue Heron (not seen on Keys)
Amer. Egret
Snowy Egret
Reddish Egret
La. Heron
Little Blue Heron
Green Heron
Yellow-cr. Night Heron - 1
resident heron (N. end of Key Largo) - shaded & clear range:
red. [illegible] heron - all gray from (light), no streaks or
spots, legs & feet dark, & bill dark, large a slightly
decurved at tip; white w pale-yellow iris, reddish
brown crown, double with e crest, light [illegible] forehead.
about size of Snowy egret but heavier build & bill
