Packed up [illegible] one of the collecting sheets with specimens for putting aboard the ship tomorrow. Aug 21 Vince & I left right after breakfast to go back to Banup. (~1/2 mi, S of the Yaganum Hospital). We went 1/2 mi. beyond Banup to the home of a fellow who helped us yesterday. He took us down behind his house to a large cave. We walked a long way into it wit left on going. We saw quite a few bats but we didn't bring a wrist bat. I shot two w/.38 dart : 1 Hippusidrus calcaratus & 1 H. galenitis. We thought maybe we would come back & get a wrist bat over the entrance. Then we followed Griffin's directions to a tunnel cave off the main road to Omure, just a short distance past the turnoff to the Yaganum Hospital. It is to the N of the road & a stream flows through it. This cave we are calling Tunnel Cave,
