Ears long. Body - a buffy brown above with slaty base, rump more yellowish orange, below white with slaty grey base showing through. Hair long and very soft and fine. Tail - Base of tail naked, about same length as body, dark brown above and below, hairs short, tips black. Narrow gland under tail. Fore feet - 5 toes with black claws, hair on foot and toes.
