Body - fawn grey brown, hair base slaty, tips fawn brown giving a streaked mottled appearance, greyish white below. Tail - longer than body, ringed with scales, short dark hairs at base of each scale, light hairs on under side. Forefeet - 4 short delicate toes with very fine short claws, pads light brown, white hair above and on wrist area. Feet short. Vestage of a 5th toe (No.) Hind feet - 5 toes with Claws, 5th toe shortest, 3 middle ones longest, feet white above, pads medium brown.
