Claviglis (sp?) KM No 3773 ?, 13 Sept 1938, 3336, Balovale, Barotseland, N Rho HB-88, T1-75, Hf-16.5, Ear 14.5 Very small, fawn grey or light brownish grey, whitish grey below, black around eyes, cheeks same as below (whitish grey), tail all' light grey with no white. Gliriscus rupicola australis Very closely related to Claviglis, and Graphiurus. Ex spec - KM-3723, ?, 19 Jan 1937, Eenviet, near Steinkopf, Little Namqualand, Shortridge, 3000', HB-1/5, T1-86, Hf'22, Ear-19 Like Claviglis murinus only larger, hair a lighter grey above, tail more bushy and quiggled greyish white, more fluffy. White tipped (hair on tail grey, then tipped with whitish), ears larger. Personal Notes Got one specimen of a Claviglis in Northern Rhodesia that came from Luaba. This one had a bushy tail.
