Body - Long, under hair is fluffy yellowish white, guard hairs banded white, black, white, black tipped giving a grizzled appearance. Tail - about as long as body without the head, white-tipped, other tail hairs banded white black white tipped. Fore feet - 4 toes with long dark claws, pads brown, feet and leg hairs black, Hind feet - 4 toes with long dark claws, middle toes longest, a fifth toe vestigial and well up on above foot pad, with a short claw, pads dark brown, foot and leg hair black.
