He had been in San Carpeofos Ceny area of Heart Bank for about 3 days & had seen a load of no raptors in area; returning there today. El said he had caught a pickup parked in Palo Pieta canyon at night near the eagle nest & saw another man up) the eagle tree; a second pickup parked near red tailed buck nest. This would be a favorite for raptor nestling snatching.
