Lt Me Goben identified up to 11 subs in region; already next at about mile across a canyon. Condors also in Natl Park of Puracé, E of Popayán. This park includes headwaters of Amazon, Cauca, & Seven volcan coastal river (Estrella de Colombia). Another enters here. Ch think Santa Marta about every 4 yrs.
