MF said few jaguar taken Leticia area, most from Arauca, many actually taken in adjacent Venezuela, some from Chocoi W Colombia. | Bear Corps office next to MF, but no one there until about 11 a.m. Man in charge was Don Nunezole. There was a 250,000 h. pressure on the Orinoco, S. of Pts. Carreño, recently set up. Many Amazon mammals there, including Priodontes, Dasyproctus Spectra. Condor have a presence near Bato, in order of 50. Leticia area now flooded, poor for travel - plan over a week - Mike Food Tsalkie (popsp.?) has collecting zoo there and never hunting trips ($200 per day for cat hunts). Don fuzzy on game laws.
