At Las Palmas, had to wait for a group boat to Rio Amilo!
(Loe Lango much closer, but only one truck a day leave there.)
So waited. I was very dead on Monday. Another bame had two
pit spoonbelle (1st Omer's). Pancho said panute taken from tree

Various delays in time - no boat until
29 February, 0500. Load of fish, a few people, in August. Back to
Rio Amilo. Saw 100+ white elis - some flying over, other perched
or mangrove, including grayish jirus. As we ruin, on foot.
At landing, 12+ garcolor (ejana) for sale at 10 pesos (over a
meter long - photo). Fish, crabs, unblooded. Dark croppier shaped fish
in ruin called "mojarno". Truck to Crecuitla. Path to E. was high
in solid forest. Took due to Amrojo. N. of Creminto, foothills to
E. had more cleared areas. (M.A. del T. says tall mangrove end
about W. of Pijijiapan.) Basically drier as go N. Amrojo gave
a than scrub lots dry zone.
