C. mitis. I made long overlapping telescope sweeps across slope
1-2 mile away to S, SW, W, + saw ad 2 and 1, then in lower 1/4 of
slope to S. Occas. sunshine thru clouds. /1650, 100 yds. SW of
tower at edge forest, 1ad. or 30' up on open branch. White loin long
well below level of body when sits. In jump, white loin extends - in
gurgling
"parachute effect. I heard falls, approx. 2 at least 200 yds. apart, in
area to S. or near side river.
