atini & stayed mounted 10+ sec, as if in copulatory pose. Then the 2
separated w/interaction. / 1820, mi. 1.8E, one ate flowers Marlbania.
Habitat seems same as mititons, but fewer groups smaller-might
see to carry young, I think.
22 September 1965. About 0930, mi. 1.3E, 1 blue and 1 C. lodice.
Blue to 20' Marlbania + fallen flowers; still there 20 min. later.
24 September 1965. Mi. 1.68E., 0820 one adult. / about 6 p.m.,
mi. 1.32 W, 3; two 20' from C. mititons in same tree. About
1650 I saw an at mi. 1.55 W.
25 September 1965. .0903, mi. 1.8 W, 5 in Marlbania+ other
tree. One gave frightening sudden loud call, "my god!" damn?
At least 2 eat yellow flowers Marlbania. Vets spread wide -
30-40 yds. apart.
26 September 1965. 0840, Ridharris NE comm forest, ad. and
jiv. in Carapa (?-large leaves; many spherical 10 mm. green fruits).
One to 3' from a C. mititons in another tree. / .9E, 1000,
4 with 2 redtails eating fruits Carapa (?- 10 mm. green spher-
cial). Included one jiv.

One picked & ate small new leaves, pulling branch to mouth. / 1.75
W, about 1730, one w. smell black inf. One ate yellow Marlbania
flowers. / Mi. 2.1E afternoons hours, 1 in Marlhanis tree.
29 September 1965. About 1730, 6+ and 3+ C. mititlans
at 1.68 W. Two large coffee bushes may be the other
fruits;
redtails seen to eat leaves.
