Koford Macaco fusca 11 March 1966 Karaki, Shimokita-gun, Japan Dale Away & other to fush. 1300. sp. present, photos by Noto. Mutuu present. & Shoko gu. Mutuu. Some ate tip and green sedges on bank, incl. Mutuu, Sugi. Niha has 20 mm pop- illova otacem postin & hrevi (1); saw spot above pop. One 4-5 yr ? lies edge roof & taken apples from our hands. / after Ozuna, composition = : Osore oldr. 20+ yrs., Mutuu of 9+ yrs.; jff in adu nara - Bura 15+, Itakes 18+, Momi 8+, Niha 7+, Nara 15+(no inf yealings), Kuri 6+yrs. (smallest ad.). Other: Masu of5, Sara & Tara ff 4 (+1), Udo ff3 Ton & Fugu ofof 2 yrs., Nezu & Sugi ff 2 yrs.; 3 off 2 ff yearlings. Last born later. 1 and 11 June 1965 (O. Az.). 5A says weighed all last fall! 23 March 1966. Kirikazan 1s, Miyagi Pref., Japan Okend.-plums in full bloom near shrine. Stand of 30-40' Carpinus ? 50 yrs. s. of forest shock, looks seem slightly elongated & pale, succulent. Yugans (asters nearby, no change, nor in Fagus, Carpinum or ridge, or felhava (solar bald). Buds to about 3 mm long on low red-tipped communal-lishshul (much browsed by deer). Moss & fern some gray green, + tiny leaves Rhododendron. Alnus, no hotel, rather elongated & loose - tenders. One tree until E. of shrine had tight new colbrins (sp. ?). (Mwion said 10). / at 3 site a laterally extending shrub 10+ ft. tall had bark eaten by dry monkeys on twigs 1-2 cm. diam.; photos & collected. No other bark eating seen. Collected twigs & buds from Fagus & Carpinus T. (?) in ridge thro E. of shrine, for possible nitid. analysis. / 0930, saw 2 stop ridge just N. aft rid E. of shrine, on Alnus ground in dry grass me. Alnus and Fagustin; ferite but found no
