others, not incl. infants. // about 9:30 a.m. woman said saw an
[17 July 1965. Put food 7 a.m., but none took it by 1140.
Azama said saw a Kurodomari side ridge in morning. /Kurodo. side; about 3 p.m. crested ♂3-4y. + other maleslope
by buildings at north canyon. \ Food untouched at feeding area; \ blue police whistle + put more; monkeys came in 1/4hr.
Weirdy. Departed.
19 July 1965. About noon set up wooden creep feeder at provisioning site. No monkey came until about 5 p.m., when semi(?)solitary mole came & fed watchfully. Anterior scrotum redaly distal buff+pink, less red than ♂w. hand. Still Azama that 8-10 yrs.old. He said formerly with theband on no.2 mole. This one climbed 20'up Thyopsis - Juglans tree & stayed there all night.
20 July 1965. About 7a.m. ♂descended & fed a bit, then left. No other came by 9a.m. when I left. /In mid afternoon returned & found nearly all food gone, including the grain + soybeans in wooden food hopper. No other came by late.
Melt slightly behind stage of other male; many long hair lateral thighs. Male watchful nervous. / Azama's count:
