I saw that births in fall in 1961, first yr. after introduced, &
that later they occurred earlier, peak about May; so a shift
in time of births - not year around in any one year.
Add part under M. fuscata, 7 to 11 July.
12 July 1965. Slow train; arrived Kago. 3 p.m. Taxi to main monkey
park, where Mr. MIURA in charge. Owned, newly. This was center
of troops, paw studied by Kawamura (1965 article). About a dozen
animals being fed apples, say lions, near office shock. People
pay 50 Y admission. Very tame; many eat from hand. Miura said
about 95 total; peak births May; 16 born + 1 died; none pregnant
now. Melt seemed completed. Animals in good condition. Being
completed was monkey fence enclosing 2360' tembo
