When juven. fly from hanging, one hind foot sometimes
seems to catch before releasing hold on perch.
2 May 1957 By far most common bat in Chilibrillo Caves, Panama,
thus being several thousand. Many exposed dead on cave floor, some
sputtering. Some carrying large young crosswise when flying. No
large solid groups seen.
