Twh ad.♀ net SM₁ at 7 p.m. Marked LR₂ RR₂. Forearm 71.
Tanng brown. Vag. open. Nipples tinyd, 3x3 mm. wt. 82. at
8 p.m. took 5 mous 2 or 3 into net while I was holding over, as if
squealing attracts. Another taken 10 p.m.

January 3, 1957. In mist net across SM trail near (near)
water took clearing took 2 between 7 and 9 p.m.

♂, scat. slight pigm., testis ♂, 55gms., forearm 70. On
same net took 7 until. A jamaicensis
and several Vampyrops vaga.
Net dam & remains eaten lat in it in early morning.

January 12, 1957. First Took 3 about midnight near SM₁ in
mist net. ♀ pregnant, wt. 46 gms., forearm 64. C-R 9 mm. Row,
enlarged, 3 mm. diam. Facial lines indistinct. Dk. gray color. No thin
upper molar, (A.I.P. possible). First pregnant artibeus taken.
12♀ parasitic flies on pelage. // Another ♀ pregnant, 1 emb., C-R18,
R. ov. 3½ mm. long with 1½mm. yellow brown corpus; fat;
88-0-17-22, 56 gms., forearm 64; lips vulva pigmented,
nipples 3 mm. high x 6 wide at base, + could express
clear liquid; red (blood color) chigger wing membranes, white deep in
pirnnae; 3 flies + mites. // Another ♀, forearm 60, had 30♀ flies,
