T. Code 1957 Lagopus lagopus 30 June, Unicat display and a nest was found at the base of a two foot high alder. It contained freshly hatched young - some still wet. There were 9 opened eggs and 7 young in and around the nest. Harold actually had his hand on the 7, she was as fearless. By giving a "squeak" I could call her right up within 2 feet of me.
