T. Cade 1957 Logopus Logopus 5 June Two males in breeding plumage were seen flying across the Drava, and four other males were found stationed about half a mile apart along the left bank. They were all displaying and keeping very close on to a restricted area of ground. This seems to be the northern limit of the summer range for the Barrow region, as none were seen away from the Drava. 8 June One ? in breeding plumage at the lake where we landed NE of Teckel Peak. 10 June Two males were seen on the tundra between Breakfast and Point Lay - inland, one at 1945 and one at 1952. 11 June Old droppings seen in the areas of T1, T2, T4. 17-21 June, Chuit, Alaska - None seen in vicinity of 3 miles around the installation. Pretty soap few came seen during the winters. 27 June Amiat - a single female was flushed along the road by T8 in the morning. She did not act like a breeding female. 30 June Amiat - flushed a cock and 2 ? ? on the bank along the road eight across from the beginning of T8. One of the ?s immediately went into strong distraction
