1. Cade 1954 Chen hyperboea 20 May Pitmugea River - three were seen flying up the river past camp in the late evening. 21 May Pitmugea - 3 seen sitting at mouth of creek on left limit of river about half a mile above camp in late afternoon. 22 May Pitmugea River - flock of 18-20 rpm flying over the river across the left end of the study area, headed towards the north - around 1200. 23 May Pitmugea River - Flock of 20 seen flying over river by camp around noon and two flocks of about 10 each were seen up river in the afternoon. 26 May Pitmugea - flock of 25 seen on the flats across the river from the gyptoleum cliff. A small group of about 12 was seen on the flats across the river from camp. 27 May Pitmugea - one flock of 38 seen on upland timber along the cost before mouth of river ca 1 mi. Two flocks of about 20 each on the thilva across the river from camp.
